The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for full credit to be issued.

Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed. U.S. Delivery Information - Ground Service -
We can't always ship the same day as these products aren't usually/always in stock. Many are made to order. These schedules are a guideline only. Because of the nature of our product it is not always possible to meet the shipping times posted.
The majority of our gift items including wreaths, garden accessories, and swags will be delivered via Ground Service.
Can be shipped within the Continental U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
CANNOT be delivered to P.O. Boxes, or Rural Routes.
Invalid delivery dates will be changed to the first available delivery date and you will be notified via phone or email.
For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We ship by Post Office. So we do need a physical addresses If shipped by UPS but we need P. O. Box addresses for these states. We can't ship to Canada at the present time.
